Well, both tipes of meditation, the monk's one and yours, can be nice, if they are done in the correct way (and which is the correct way?? I don't know... not clinging, not thinking, not trying anything??) I imagine everyone searchs for a way which suits him/her, changing and choosing different ones along years.

These days I have noticed that the more I meditate, both morning and night increassing the time up to twenty minutes, the less I make questions and theories to myself about meditation, chakras and techniques.

But still thinking in staying a long time in a centre, I am conscient that in some way this is a type of clinging since I have heard from people being in this places discovering so many things about themselves, like past lifes and other incredible stuff, and I would like to go there in order to achieve knowledge, improving meditation and stay fine, and this wish itself is a cling, but maybe I have to make the mistake of thinking that this would put me closer to the real path, until I realise that is just a mirage and that I should look for another way.

well, I have skiped my morning meditation, I should sit now for a while :)

Correctamundo ... the more you meditate the less you speculate.
