Welcome to the forums Nirlepa.

Can I ask - how many pairs of socks are you wearing?

Warmly,

haha. No Socks at all.

I feel a gush of adrenaline after 5-10 minutes of this practice and my feet gets wet. Is it normal?

Glad that made you laugh - I couldn't resist :)

I'll be honest - this is not one I have come across before but a quick Google search shows many people use meditation to stop sweaty hands and feet !

What school/method are you practicing?

Warmly, in the Dhamma,

Matthew
