Sharing as a beginner
« on: January 07, 2010, 03:49:43 AM »
Dear meditators,

I will like to share my Vipassana Meditation experience with fellow beginners.

I have just returned from my first Vipassana retreat to Thailand Vipassana Centre
Dhamma Abha (near Phitsanulok)

I wrote a blog detailing my experience and the living environment.

Since i have gain much insight into a basic understanding of vipassana before my trip from this site.

It is only fair for me to share mine. :)

Welcome to the forum Zohe. It is good to hear you found insight here before beginning the retreat. Welcome to being a meditator.

Warmly, in the Dhamma,

Matthew
