Unlearning Meditation by Jason Siff

Siff was trained in the lines of S.N. Goenka and Mahasi Sayadaw. He teaches meditation. On dealing with hindrances it has an elegant way of putting things upside down. The subtitle is: "What to do when the instructions get in the way".  You can read more at http://www.unlearningmeditation.com/
For me, this book was supportive to a view that I had at any rate. For someone who is really hindered by instructions getting in the way   . . .    Well, one might read this as just another load of instructions.     . . .   What I like is that it  has a bot of a poetic tone, a tone of story-telling.
