The main thing is .. "do it" - and don't think about what happens too much afterwards.

Hello Mbeck,

Welcome to the forums. Your post appears to be a fairly transparent attempt to make a link to your new meditation blog.

If you are trying to link farm then I have doubts your input here will be valuable. If you are here to engage in community discussion then of course we look forward to your input.

I only say this as you started your blog two days ago and have decided to join our forum two days later. Clearly from your blog you know something about meditation but please be aware this is a community and not just another forum to link farm on.

"my bad blog" says a lot too - I guess this is the subliminal message from you that you realise linking to a Blog named Super Meditation just to gain rank in search engines is not right action.

Well, let's see what happens. I guess you'll either become a contributing member to the community or won't which will answer the question.

In the Dhamma,

Matthew

ps Do it Do it Do it only works if you are actually meditating.

Dear Mbeck,

You are welcome to put a link to your blog in your signature or if you add it to your profile a link will be next to every post you make.

The point I was making was that we are a community of meditators - a group who talk, share, discuss, learn .. and sometimes disagree with each other. We're a small community and you are welcome - and welcome to add your blog link as mentioned above. Some people abuse forums and your post concerned me a little as your blog seems to indicate you do have some knowledge already.

Do you have a regular practice and did you learn from a teacher?

Best wishes, In the Dhamma,

Matthew

If you have the time, you could read Mindfulness in Plain English, the book has become the best ever Vipassana meditation teacher for me.
