I want to devote this page to how not to give up and slack off. Any ideas please?

Wrathfull, discipline, give up, slack off....

Try meditating on how these concepts make you feel and maybe you can move through or transform these feelings into something more positive and enriching that you'll want to have grow within yourself and maintain.

Know your own tendency to slack off and do not be beaten by it.

The only way to stop anything is to stop it. This includes the tendency to stop things or slack off.
