Swallowing
« on: June 26, 2009, 06:23:15 AM »
Sitting with other people sometimes I seem to start swallowing audibly and would rather not as much. I've found just swallowing when I need to is the best way instead of supressing swallowing at all. On the other hand I'm not decided about keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth or in what way to swallow or salivate less. ???:P

Hehe, this happens to me too, try not to worry about it. Likely nobody you are sitting with has noticed as they're probably engulfed by their own meditation experience. If you need to swallow do it!  ;)

Every one around you is probably too worried you might smell them farting to notice.
