Thich Nat Hahn - Mindful Movements

I found this video very inspiring. I think it might help people with attention deficit, as it involves movement as well, which you might find easier than just sitting and watching your breath. It might be a good start for people with ADD.

From my experience, I can tell you a lot of times when I could focus on my yoga practice, I felt it did more for me than a regular meditation sitting.
