Nature and Meditation

As an avid hiker (I'll be thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2011...woot!) I found this article interesting in that it encompasses two of my hobbies/passions:  Hiking and Meditation.

The Gift of Nature

Here's the first paragraph to get you started:

The study by U of Michigan researchers found that effects of interacting with nature are similar to meditating.
