Now I don't want to say anything extra because I don't want to set any expectations, which according to this talk is the definition of suffering. :) My natural impulse is to try to figure out why Ajahn Sumedho's talks help me, and then compare him to other monks' talks, but then that is too much thinking. This sort of compulsive analytical thinking was much much worse when I was younger. Now I get tired of thinking and stop on my own.

Haven't watched it fully but seems like a really good video. Thanks for sharing.
