For me I feel, very happy, love, I laugh very easily and alot, euphoria as if im suddenly successful even though im not, like im cushioned in clouds, and serene, and very relaxed.

How do you feel when its going really well? Describe it to me.

Kind regards

Nothing, or rather no-thing. The bliss bit is a distraction which can encourage you to meditate, but doesn't in itself move you on. When things are going well I am content just to sit in meditation and let go of expectations.
“You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet, still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.” Franz Kafka

Isn't that the point of Buddhism, after all?  We just sit and "be";  we are at peace and are one with all phenomena as they arise. Bliss is great, but peace is the highest happiness.

There are fewer thoughts of "Me me me". I usually have about 5-6 thoughts. It's the same patterns day in and day out. After a good session, I get a bit of a break from the same old rubbish in my head.
