Mindfulness guide for busy people and beginners

Hi guys, If you are like me, you cannot always dedicated half an hour or however long you prefer for meditation. I've found this very useful guide called 7 Minute Mindfulness designed specifically for such cases. It is very good if you are a beginner also.

It is paid, but I found it worthwhile.
