Whats your daily practice or routine?

How many minutes or hours do you meditate on average per day?

What specific meditation do you do?

1) I try to focus on the second hands of a clock, for as long as I can to build awareness.

2) I also toy alot with sayings like "if you feel you cant let go, let go" or "acknowledge everything thats real because it is, thats a fact, so admit it" or " resist nothing" and many other sayings like this, infact I do too much of this and not enough of the above (1)

Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana are my two main meditations, with eyes closed. Both can lead on to vipassana meditation, but often don't.
