This may clear some doubts regarding meditations for new meditators.

Note that the eng sub may not be the best translation of Reverend father speeches and the way the asian express themselves can be different from western folks. Terminology used may varies.

Glad that this help, i also realised that some members had posted about reverend father Pramote's teaching here since 2014 but is in PDF file.
