Author Topic: Should I just force diaphramatic breathing daily for better health?  (Read 282 times)

I am actually doing a bit better at 41 now, as I'd been getting worse all my life up til recently I've been finding some courage to build but I still suffer from a tendency to I guess cower in general fear of life which literally shrinks me causing all of my general symptoms of weakness, fatigue, pain, whatever and it will usually hit me best, or worst, and I'm not paying attention anytime throughout the day, or usually in the morning upon waking up where I am not consciously available to combat my fears. So at this point, I'm thinking, I just need to exercise this technique as much as I possibly can, wherever I am, as long as I can remember. What do you think?
