This book is very rare. You may want to try contacting Watkins Books http://www.watkinsbooks.com/ (off Charing Cross Road in London) and Wisdom Books http://www.wisdom-books.com/ (in Romford, London) to see if they can find a copy or list an interest with them if a copy comes up.

The other thing would be to create an alert on http://abebooks.com for this book as this is the biggest online second hand book market in the world as I know.
