Forum Running Costs 2017-2020 Update:Paid
« on: August 10, 2017, 02:51:32 PM »
It's that time again where we have to pay the bills to keep the lights on.

The staff are moving the forum to a new host - the cost is lower and the forum will gain some other benefits from the move. We will close the forum for a couple of days somewhere between now and August 22nd to make the move - of course we will try to minimise disruption.

The total costs for the next three years will amount to approximately £135 or $175 - about half of the cost with our previous host. Progress towards this funding goal will be posted below, as always.

If you are able to contribute your help would be appreciated deeply. You can donate by clicking the paypal button on the homepage or by sending a gift via paypal to donations@vipassanaforum.net

Thank you in advance to those who give Dana to keep the forum going.

With much metta,

Matthew

Thank you to those who have donated to keep the forum running. It always amazes me that this community comes through so quickly :) .. though, given the compassion everyone shows in their posting it's no great surprise really!

Middleway, Raushan and Clayton are all donating time and energy to the migration - so thanks to you all too.

All done. I've donated the last myself.

If anything unexpected comes up I will let the community know but this should be fine.
