Good Morning - I am new to the group.  I am a Reiki practitioner.  I also lead Guided Meditations.  Every day I write quotes to help inspire people.  Sometimes what I write reflects what I am going through myself which is what today's quote is all about.  "To argue with ignorance is to scream on top of a mountain - no one will hear you."  Have you ever tried to discuss something with someone who absolutely refuses to see your point of view?  I know I have.  Right before your eyes (and ears), your discussion turns into an argument even if you had no intention of going there.  I am all about open communication and having the willingness to listen to others but if those "others" will not listen to you, stop.  You won't get anywhere.  You will cease to have a discussion and maybe even a friendship.  In these trying and difficult times, discuss what is on your mind with those who will support you even if they don't agree with you.  Or scream on top of a mountain!  At least you will get a great view!
