Health of Thich Nhat Hanh

Looks like he had a stroke a little over a year ago (Nov 2014), and hasn't improved much (although he has some): http://www.lionsroar.com/year-end-thich-nhat-hanh-health-update-issued-by-plum-village/. So sad.

I am unable to open the link you have shared. It is sad to hear that the great teacher is suffering from ill-health. May he recover soon.
Let's go beyond this illusion, shall we?

Death is the only certainty in life. It comes to us all eventually. Hanh has given so much, maybe he needs the peace this brings ...

We best not cling to masters or gurus but deliver to ourselves the inner master hiding behind the veil.

According to the article, Thay isn't yet on his deathbed, just very ill (having had a stroke), and that his condition is stable - not deteriorating, but not improving.

I would also like to point out that caring isn't the same as clinging.
