Thanks for sharing your story. It is truly inspirational. There are angels and demons right here and amongst us. There is heaven and hell right here on earth.

Hope other survivors will find strength and hope from your story.

I just listened to this. Thank you for sharing this. Your story shows how much strength you have to have survived so much abuse and it is empowering to hear and to also know how far you have come.

Thank you both - for listening and for the feedback. It has been a long journey - one that would not have started or been possible without meditation. This Sangha has been a great source of support, strength and encouragement.
