Hi all,

I've been practicing vipassana for about a year now.
I did have an insomniac episode and recovering from it already.
but my sleeping hours seem to be much shorter now, used to be 7-8 hours.
Anyone experiencing the same thing?

thanks!

I need less sleep on retreat, at least after the first few days, off retreat it's the same as it ever was.

Is sleeping for usual 8 hrs normal??  :D
Sometimes you sleep more some times less. Trust ur body and let it be..

With steady practice, usually sleeping hours get shorter.
Let's go beyond this illusion, shall we?
