Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
« on: October 11, 2014, 02:16:30 AM »
MBCT is something wonderful that I found. Two books are written about it. One is the mindful way through depression and the other is Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression. The authors of both are Zindel V. Segal J Mark G Williams, and John D. Teasdale.  It is about using Buddhist style meditation in a more psychological setting. It uses psychological research to produce a good path in life to cope with depression.  I thought it was a great read ad I am still using these books and resources. Check it out!

Thanks,

Josh
