Thinking while meditation

Hello.
Can i think about this when i meditate ?
When i breath in: Good energy in.
Out: Bad energy out.
Been meditating about a month.
Also morning meditations are harder, always something goes wrong, when i open my eyes i see
my posture and im like .. argh.

you can do it.. but its not vipassana.... if there really is good energy going in when you breath in then know there is good energy when I breath in. If you dont know there is good energy coming in when you breath in then know that you dont know..

Okay, what kind of meditation it is then ?
Because i have anxiety and if i think these toughts while meditating
its going to help me in everyday life.
But also i know that you have to set your mind free, getting toughts and letting them go.
But its damn HARD !
One time i felt like i was under the tree, felt like buddha, demons attacking me.
Its crazy !

I try not to have any expectations. I just do it. Whether I'm attending to sensation of breathing or simply sitting in awareness, if something outside of what I'm attending comes along I let it go and gently bring myself back to attending.

But its damn HARD !

I suppose that's one way to frame it? Perhaps another way is to simply accept it's a process you decided to undertake and follow it to wherever it might lead?
