Eternal present moment
« on: March 23, 2014, 08:05:55 PM »
I've been doing Vipassana more recently. It's really helping me "process" old suppressed emotions and reduce muscle tension, but yesterday I rediscovered Tolle and realize that is exactly what I was needing. Not as a replacement to vipassana but an add-on. Realizing the eternal present moment, and how the past and future don't exist, stillness. I seem to have lost focus of that stuff!
