Does Vipassana help you achieve the state of 'flow' as described in psychology?

I remember washing my clothes on the first day of the 10 day retreat - I effortlessly transcended into the state of 'flow'

Have any of you experienced more frequent and effortless transitions into this state after starting a Vipassana practice.
