How to find meditation/spiritual teacher?

I've come to realize that most of my pointless stuff that I post here would best be adressed towards an experienced mediation/spirituality teacher who can give some kind of direction face to face.

My question is, how can I get in touch with such a teacher? I think working with someone will put a lot of my doubts at ease.
