This book as been a great help to me lately in understanding and practicing whole body breathing meditation. It is based on the Buddha's teachings on meditation and the teachings of Ajaan Lee Dhammadharo.
Where other books are often focused on the attaining of jhana and progressing through those stages, this book really emphasizes the breath meditation practice that precedes those advanced stages. The author explains how to overcome a lot of the obstacles you encounter in the early/beginner stages of this meditation practice, in a very clear and unambiguous way.

Another good thing is that the book can be downloaded for free in various formats here: http://www.dhammatalks.org/ebook_index.html#big_books
