Cheers Renze. Needed that to refresh my mind as to what it is I/we're supposed to be doing. I've found that even though it's an easy practice, it's also so easy given our conditioning to try and force either of the two (tranquility and insight) into place, but really we just need to relax and let our bodies/minds tell us. Back to breath for now!
