My 10 day retreat

Hi, I have written up an account of my experience on a 10 day silent retreat and would love some feedback on it, it would be great to know if people have had similar effects from a 10 day retreat and what they think of these experiences.

Any comments left on the blog page its self would be great but the main thing is just to hear other peoples thoughts on it as I've not really talked to anyone with Vipassana experience about it since I left.

Hi Craig,

In short, no .. it would be spam and removed. This person posted the same stuff on a bunch of forums and was basically advertising their blog, not wishing to join a community (our community).
