How Vipassana changed you life

Hi everyone, I'm a new member in Vipassana community! 
I finished the 10 days course 1 week ago and now I'm trying to integrate everything I learn in my day life! It's not so easy but I'm trying, also meditating 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.
I can't figurate if I'm calmer than before... Let's say that it's difficult to check yourself... It's clearer to inspect somebody else! 

So I'd like to ask you: what changed in your life practising vipassana?
Wich aspects of you life got better or worse?
