Meditation Cushion Chair Question
« on: May 21, 2012, 12:38:36 PM »
Hello all,

I am just starting out in meditation. It helps my migraines and relieves stress. I've been thinking about buying a cushion so that cross-legged position is more comfortable. I am also a huge Star Wars fan and really like the look of the raised cushion chairs in the Jedi temple. A picture of one of them is below. It looks really comfortable for meditation and I was wondering if anyone could point me towards something similar to it to purchase.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,

It would only be comfortable with another cushion on it again to raise the hips up, as it is you would lean forward and get nothing but frustration.

"Slouch, you will young padawan, hmmm."
