Breathing help

When I started meditating I realised I was a shallow-breather. It took me a while doing yoga etc to get into a natural breathing habit using my diaphragm. Just watched this video the other day and realised it's very insightful in how to develop a natural breathing habit. Recommend trying it out properly, you'll see what I mean.
