Thanks friends  :)

I survived the 14 hours drive from Malmo to Stevanger but my back still aches. This part of Norway is truly nice and all the people we met seem very calm and content (all meditators maybe?)

I am enjoying the walks in the nature with my wife and our puppy.

Practicing every morning for half an hour ensures calm and blissful state during the day (but not during the actual sitting which doesn't bother me any more).

even though I promised my deluded self not to go on the net while on holidays  ;D  I kind of had to have a peak and see what you ladies are doing  ;D
In a case you are missing me terribly no worries, what goes around comes around and so will be with Che too  :D

See you soon and look after yourselves and one another!

As always,
friendly Che

Hi friends I am back :D

The country of Norway is sooooo beautiful I will sure revisit it in the summer. Norwegian fjords are an amazing place to be :)

Here are some shots to talk for themselves;

Che going down

Che down :P

Absolute silence and beauty

Those small huts are to keep the small boats free from ice (smart)

Bailey :)

All water is under tick ice. Part of the water is soft and part closer to the sea is brackish, both frozen

We lived in one of those houses

View from the bed room window just before meditating :)

Mr Che, Mrs Cheina and baby Cheino :D

And a short video for those loving adrenaline rush LoL

Hi Che
I do not have my picture from Belgium so interesting as your pictures. But Throssel Buddhist Abbey, were I was before I went to Brussells, was in beautiful nature.

Didn't know that zebra had a sense for beauty, I thought only my ego had that (beautiful vs. ugly)  ;)

These really are some beautiful pictures! I'm glad that you had such a wonderful time, Che. :) I must say, your dog looks like he was bred for that environment! Very cute.

Yes Norwegian coast is something I tell ya as you can see in some of those pics. Bailey the dog sure enjoyed the snow.
I miss the holiday feeling (clinging, clinging, impermanence)  :(

no wonder Vikings come from there. You would have to be tough to grow up in that climate wouldn't you?

Beautiful pics.

Hi Alex
I am always busy, I wrote only, please see below. But if you would like to know something do not hesitate to ask.
Take care
Ivana

Hi Sangha

I am back from Throssel Hole Abbey. They helped me to sit at chair properly. I had a cushion at my chair which had a triangle shape.I have short legs so they put something under my legs. I had a small cushion under my folded hands. I was so stable that a hurricane could not move with my body. Conclusion if you can not sit lotus do not be worry.

By the way. I am back but busy by next travelling. I got an amazing experience how it is to live in a Buddhist community. I recommend everybody to try it.

Have a nice meditation

It is not that cold if you dress into the RIGHT CLOSE, like the one which is made for climbing the Everest  ;D
Anything of a lesser quality and you're screwed  ;D

Yes it was good fun but i did hurt my lower back a bit, I still feel the pain when I bend down.
