Kundalini Energy, you feelin it?

So recently this energy has been pooling around my forehead and its becoming more and more noticeable.  I would like a little feedback (I <3 this forum)... I need a sangha T_T... anyways...

It feels like a warm sensation around my forehead and it seems to spread to the top of my head and all around my face.  Less prevalent, it seems to spread around my body as well.  This used to come up only during formal meditation, now as long as I'm not moving around and getting involved in too much form, it comes comes up.  I'll be doing some reading on my computer and all of a sudden I feel extremely at ease and peaceful.  As I write this post it prevails. 

I assume this is spiritual energy, classically called kundalini energy.  Anyone else have similar experiences?

Cling to nothing. Even very mild clinging is an obstacle. Practice and observe. Labelling and intellectualising is less useful than sitting.

you have a point TIB.  I've heard even these sensations come and go, best not to give them any undue importance.

I've had similar experiences. Every time I go for a retreat certain very very peculiar sensations come up for me, the same ones every time. Like a blunt pain on the fore head. Just observe, don't try to think about it. Investigate.
