Ok so today i managed to get in to a meditational state where everything stopped, and it was black an quiet, an it felt so peace full. I managed to hold on to it for a good 10-15min idk what im doing, i tried ultering the state i was in, but i started to feel numb on my face, like coz im sunburnt the numbness was everywhere my sunburnt was an after, i had to wake up, but first experience where it was so peacefull.can anyone explain what happened??

What happened is the mind was quiet, without thinking, & felt peaceful. When the mind is quiet & stops thinking & stops craving, it will feel peaceful. Therefore, this quieting of mental activity should be developed (rather than thought or talked about). Best wishes.
