There are three ebooks on www.meditationguru.in by MG
They are all free:

1) The ten dirty secrets of getting enlightened
2) The 30 Second Meditation
3) FK Fear

Personally I find all of his writings very intersting and he has a very differnt and unique view on this topic. I believe that many of you will definately like his writings.

I was reading that day Osho on 'Stop exercise'.
Quote:

Osho:
“Start doing a very simple method at least six times a day. It takes only half a minute each time so it is three minutes a day. It is the shortest meditation in the world (she laughs). But you have to do it suddenly – that’s the whole point of it.
………………….
If you just become present suddenly, the whole energy changes. The continuity that was going on in the mind stops. And it is so sudden that the mind cannot create a new thought so immediately. It takes time; the mind is stupid. It cannot work without time, so when you do it suddenly.... Gurdjieff used to call this exercise, the ’Stop Exercise’.
………………………..”

Also you can refer 'meditation on fear' by Osho.

Thank you san for the links  :D

I realy like his atitude and the DUCK Fear is writen just right; streight in the face!  ;D

Thanks to that book I find it much easier going back into Shamatha or simply sitting and embracing all that comes from within or without.
And thanks to the 30 seconds book i am finding it easier now to actualy expand my meditation into my daily life and observe myself throughout the day at work at home ... it removed lots of confusion from my practice.

Nice one! The beauty of it is that it IS SHORT and right in THE FACE not like the more eloquent J. Krishnamurti and Osho which book one can read until the end of time and forgett what one has read just a few weeks ago.
I like it short like Lao Tze! The Truth is simple so why write tons of volumes?!
