Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness: Walking the Buddha's Path (Paperback)
« on: Thursday 08 November 2007, 06:54 PM »
[amazonsearch]Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness: Walking the Buddha's Path by Henepola Gunaratana[/amazonsearch].

This is a "companion" book to "[amazonsearch]Mindfulness in Plain English[/amazonsearch]" (see elsewhere in this forum), which is a how-to on meditation.

This book explains [amazonsearch]the Four Noble Truths[/amazonsearch], and how to follow [amazonsearch]the Eightfold Path[/amazonsearch], in an easy to read style.

This is the only book I have on this subject, at the moment. Hopefully, other members can give a comparative assessment of it.

Thank you for the recommendation, I liked the mindfulness in plain English so I ordered this one and received it this morning. I will let you what I think :) :)
