does any one have the transcripts of the chants goenka used?

Those lovely chants that you know the tune off, but can't repeat because you are unfamiliar with the pali language.

I think goenka explains what they mean in the discourses, but i don't want to sift through those right now, plus having it so i could read it would be very helpful.

i'm the kinda guy who learned Japanese simply because he wanted to understand anime with out having to read the subtitles.
