A Gradual Awakening by Stephen Levine

A wonderful book made from the discourses of Levine during a 1-month meditation retreat.  Although the subject is Buddhist meditation, he ties a lot of the ideas in with the Tao and Native American Spirituality too.  I found this book inspiring and refreshing.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. :) I've really enjoyed listening to Stephen's son Noah's lectures, and he talks of his father's teachings on occasion. He clearly learned a lot from his father... I'll definitely check out his book.
