[amazonsearch]The Heart of Buddhism[/amazonsearch] by [amazonsearch]Guy Claxton[/amazonsearch]. This was the second book I read on Buddhism, and after reading it I finally started understanding what it was really about. Clearly written and full of humour, this is one to keep on the bedside table and lend to friends when they're down.
